Services

Worthy Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping and related financial organization services for small businesses. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transaction categorization

  • Account reconciliation

  • Financial reporting

  • Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping

  • Ongoing monthly bookkeeping support

Specific services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely service, clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate financial information

  • Grant necessary access to software (QuickBooks, bank accounts, etc.)

  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner

  • Review reports and notify us of any discrepancies

Worthy Bookkeeping is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Fees & Payment Plans

  • Fees will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal

  • Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated

  • Late payments may result in paused or terminated services

  • Ongoing services may be billed monthly

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Confidentiality

  • Necessary to complete agreed-upon services

Limitation of Liability

Worthy Bookkeeping will perform services with care and professionalism. However:

  • We are not liable for decisions made based on financial reports

  • We are not responsible for penalties, interest, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Any outstanding invoices become immediately due

  • Access to files and records will be returned or revoked as appropriate

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, branding, graphics) is the property of Worthy Bookkeeping and may not be copied or used without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

  • Disrupt or interfere with site functionality
